Our first fully developed application built with Pega Launchpad is officially live. Using Pegasystems’ Launchpad platform, which accelerates SaaS development through low-code and AI capabilities, our internal team developed an HR Performance Management application: Thalently. What started as an idea within our internal startup has gradually evolved, step by step, into a concrete solution that is now available on the market.
The team behind Launchpad and Thalently
In our previous blog, we already shared more about the Launchpad team within BPM Company: a combination of trainees and experienced professionals who work daily on building SaaS applications with Pega Launchpad. Within this team, Thalently has become the largest project to date. The application has already proven its value internally and marks an important milestone for the team.
The application: Thalently
Thalently is an HR Performance Management platform designed to help mid-sized organizations structure and improve their HR processes. The platform supports the entire employee performance cycle, from setting personal goals to conducting structured one-on-one meetings and collecting 360° feedback. By connecting these steps logically within one environment, Thalently creates a clear and consistent approach to performance management.
The strength of the platform
The strength of Thalently lies in its data-driven approach. Because all interactions and results are captured within the platform, managers gain continuous insight into employee performance and development. Instead of relying on fragmented information sources, the platform provides one centralized and up-to-date overview. This enables organizations to make informed decisions and actively support growth and development, both on an individual and team level.

The future of Thalently

New plans with Launchpad
In addition to further developing Thalently, the Launchpad team is also looking ahead. The team is working on new ideas for applications that can be used internally within the organization to improve the efficiency of internal processes, such as the onboarding process.
