For the 15th year in a row, BPM Company colleagues attended PegaWorld. From inspiring keynotes to hands-on innovations like Agentic AI and Blueprint, the event offered our team valuable insights and fresh inspiration – both professionally and personally.

The value of PegaWorld for our organization

As a Pega-focused organization, we aim to stay at the forefront of technological developments. PegaWorld is the place to gain the latest insights, connect with the global Pega community, and gather ideas our consultants can immediately apply in client projects. Just as important: it’s a great experience for our colleagues themselves.

Speakers at PegaWorld 2025

We asked our colleagues which sessions or speakers made the biggest impression on them. Here’s what they said:

  • “The breakout session from Rabobank was hands down the best I’ve attended as a developer. They not only showcased their implementation, but also discussed technical details, including code and upcoming improvements.” – Niels
  • “The session from Booking.com. They developed a fully automated system for end-to-end API testing of their product.” – Maksim
  • “Don Schuerman gave an inspiring talk on how we can use Blueprint as an alternative to traditional BPMN flows.” – Bram

What our colleagues take into their work

Two topics kept coming up throughout the event: Agentic AI and Blueprint. Our team gained in-depth knowledge on both and already sees how these innovations can be applied in day-to-day client work.

Agentic AI

Agentic AI is a form of artificial intelligence that, unlike Generative AI, focuses on decision-making, dynamic adaption, and integration with systems and workflows. It adjusts to change and continuously improves itself. Our team sees potential implementations in:

  • Automation and determining the ‘Best Next Action’.
  • Using Agentic AI within OPS-related work.
  • Serving as a personal assistant that independently initiates processes and only requests human input when necessary.

Blueprint

Blueprint also introduced several updates, including a new feature that allows it to analyze video content. Engineering team can now, for example, upload a video of a legacy UI along with user manuals and system specifications. Blueprint processes this input and automatically generates a working prototype with workflows, data models, and UI components. It’s a powerful accelerator for development, something our team clearly recognized:

  • “Legacy systems can now be transitioned to modern Pega workflows even faster and with greater accuracy thanks to the new Blueprint enhancements.”
  • “Blueprint can generate results just by importing existing documentation, which is super useful.”

Personal highlights of the team

In addition to all the valuable insights, the team also bonded and had a great time together. Two colleagues arrived in Las Vegas early to explore the area, and one even added a vacation afterward. The event hotel itself was an adventure, the atmosphere was great, and there was even a visit to The Sphere. For our LSA colleagues, it was extra special, as they got to pick up their LSA badge at the Delivery Excellence booth.
