This is your impact

For the expansion of our recruitment department, we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who wants to take his or her first steps in the field of recruitment or who already has experience and wants to develop further within the field. You will actively collaborate with the Senior Recruiter and Talent Sourcer and thus have the unique opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of our organisation.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you are independently able to continuously identify and select the right talents and get them enthusiastic about working at BPM Company. In doing so, you ensure that new candidates are structurally included in the recruitment process.

Our target group is within the IT domain. Some affinity for IT or the willingness to immerse yourself in it is therefore a plus. After all, a personal and substantive approach is the key to success.
