Why you are needed

Due to the growth and dynamics of BPM Company, the range of tasks is constantly expanding. As an Office Manager, you will be very welcome in a team of three employees and needed for the secretarial and administrative support of our office in Zeist.

This is your impact

The job description covers a wide range of activities such as financial preparatory work for our controller, commercial support in the deployment management of our professionals and the contract handling with our clients, HR administrative work such as absence and time registration and office management work such as procurement coordination, contacts with suppliers, organising and booking business trips, handling correspondence, organising meetings and diary management.

You are friendly, tactful and adaptive, which enables you to deal with a variety of people. You are enthusiastic, positive and sociable. You feel at home in an informal and warm environment and have organisational skills that enable you to multi-task and set the right priorities. You think in terms of solutions and are stress resistant. You know what information you can share with whom and when to call for help. In addition, there is room within our organisation for your own input and your initiative is appreciated.

You bring this

  • An HBO diploma
  • Experience with MS-Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint)
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience, preferably within a service organisation
  • Experience with contract handling with customers is a plus
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Availability of 32 to 40 hours
