Why you are needed
Transavia is the number 1 budget airline and the 2nd largest airline in the Netherlands. The goal is to be one of the most accessible airlines in Europe, where low cost really feels good. Transavia strives to be a leader in hospitality, service and digital services and transports 9 million passengers a year.
Together with BPM Company, Transavia has designed a traineeship to attract and train new colleagues within the Pega teams. With a learning-on-the-job experience you get the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Pega technology in a multi-year process with tools & experts who will support you in this.
This is your impact
Transavia’s IT organization consists of around 180 colleagues. Together with them, you provide the technology that helps Transavia to give passengers and colleagues a great experience during the journey they make with or with Transavia.
Within one of the Agile DevOps teams (Operations, Customer Services or Marketing Automation) at Transavia, you will immediately put your skills into practice after you have obtained your certificates within our academy. As a result, you will develop “in no time” into a certified Pega System Architect who is busy solving complex technical issues on a daily basis.
