In order to give starters a great career in this area, BPM Company has designed a traineeship, especially for starters. This is a learning-on-the-job experience where you can gradually grow into the field and learn to work with Pega technology. During the traineeship you will work in one of the project teams at our clients Rabobank, DMG, SME Fuel, Leaseplan, Transavia or the DICTU. Here you will be supported by various experts and tools. As a result, you will quickly develop into an experienced and certified Pega System Architect who is busy digitizing (and therefore optimizing) business processes daily. And this is certainly not the end, because even after the traineeship you can continue to grow in various positions that match your ambitions!
