This is your impact

As a Talent Manager you have an important role within our organization. You have a direct influence on the realization of the ambitions of our colleagues, but also on the ambitions of our customer organizations, the ambitions of our own organization and, last but not least, your own ambitions.

You are therefore (jointly) responsible for:

  • The personal and professional development of our professionals
  • The involvement and satisfaction of our professionals with our company
  • The quality of our services provided by our professionals to customers
  • The implementation and expansion of our departments in which knowledge sharing and the qualitative further development of our services are central
  • Identifying commercial opportunities with our customers and in the market

You bring this

  • Excellent, proven people management skills (empathising, listening, coaching, inspiring)
  • A completed HBO/WO education
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience in a commercial environment and you are service and customer-focused
  • You are driven and result-orientated
  • Affinity for IT and delivery to customers
  • Knowledge of Pega, BPM or low-code platforms is an advantage

But… you are a true people manager. This means that you are (jointly) responsible for:
