The highlights of our knowledge event Accelerating Innovation: Pega’s Low-Code Revolution Unleashed

On February 29, BPM Company opened its doors to interested parties during the knowledge event “Accelerating Innovation: Pega’s low-code revolution unleashed.” An evening of inspiring presentations, catchy practical examples and a pleasant networking reception awaited participants. The event thus introduced participants to Pega’s innovative applications.

Pega, AI, and the role of Decisioning Architect

It is no wonder that Pega and Artificial Intelligence (AI) go hand in hand. Alexey Privalov, Senior Pega Consultant, took participants through the many possibilities of AI within the Pega platform. He kicked off his presentation with inspiring examples of the best Pega AI use cases. He also told attendees more about the Decisioning Architect role within Pega and provided tips for starting a career as a Decisioning Architect.

Customer and self-service portal of major retailer

The presentation and demo by Jimmy de Jong, Senior Pega Developer, gave participants an exclusive look at the customer and self-service portal of a leading Dutch retailer. His presentation illustrated how Pega enables companies, to build powerful customized solutions, which integrate seamlessly with existing business processes. The examples and experiences he shared gave a clear picture of how organizations can optimize their business processes with Pega to improve the customer experience, among other things.

After the presentations, the event concluded with an informal networking reception. Participants had the opportunity to network with other professionals while enjoying delicious pizzas and refreshing drinks. An excellent opportunity to chat with each other and share experiences.
